(big smile on my face) I cooked Miss Aubergina last night with chicken and basil and some garlic and tomatos hmmmmm...
Don't know that I will ever look at another eggplant without seeing this one.
Aaaaawwwww! She looks fabulous! Maybe you can paint Tomato, Onions and Garlic. They go well together in a saute pan. :) Can't saute this one for sure, she is precious.P.S. No harm intended. Sauteed eggplant just happens to be my favorite dish. :)
